Election law update_sort: Three members of Chambers are published in ‘Parker’s Law and Conduct of Elections’

The latest issue of ‘Parker’s Law and Conduct of Elections’ has been published by LexisNexis. It is one of the leading commentaries on election law and practice in England and Wales. This issue covers developments such as:

  • Changes to primary legislation designed to reduce the likelihood of a European Parliamentary by-election prior to the UK’s withdrawal from the EU.
