Michael Jefferis has a broad practice but specialises in giving advice and when necessary, litigating over property matters. He has a great deal of experience. He has been in busy full time practice, dealing with chancery and planning work, for over 20 years. He has a rare combination of knowledge, in that he has a very detailed and practical knowledge of restrictive covenants and easements and the like, as well as knowledge and experience of the planning and highways aspects of developments. He has attended numerous public inquiries, planning and enforcement appeals and has been involved with a number of local government and judicial review cases.

Formerly a Borough Councillor and Chairman of Development Services Committee of Hertsmere Borough Council.
