Elizabeth Nicholls is a barrister based in London with a commercial, chancery and property practice. Before becoming a barrister Elizabeth spent 20 years working in industry, gaining experience in a food and pharmaceutical ingredients manufacturer in Frankfurt, a leading global consumer products manufacturer in Sweden and Eastern Europe and one of the biggest UK supermarket retailers (Sainsbury’s). She has led international technical, buying and marketing teams and managed complex and commercial disputes in the UK, Europe, Hong-Kong and China.

She is a highly successful and effective international negotiator, mediator and arbitrator with experience in manufacturing, consumer goods, commercial, supply chain, arboriculture, life sciences and pharmaceuticals industries. She has a history or resolving complex and sensitive disputes of any size.  She is adept at managing large amounts of data and highly technical concepts and processes.

In addition to her law degrees and legal qualifications, she possesses a BSc (Hons) in Food Sciences from the University of Reading.
