Property & Housing - Housing Licensing & Rogue Landlords

This seminar will consider the impact on property licensing schemes under the Housing Act 2004 of the recent decisions in Parr v Nottingham CC, R(Gaskin) v Richmond Upon Thames LBC and Brown v Hyndburn BC, and other aspects of the “rogue landlords” provisions of Part 2, Housing and Planning Act 2016, including banning orders and landlord databases.
