Iain Christie to speak at the Franco-British Lawyers Society International Mediation Conference on 9 June 2023

Iain Christie of 4-5 Gray's Inn Square's Mediation team will be speaking at the Franco-British Lawyers Society International Mediation Conference on 9 June 2023 in Paris.

At a time of increased recourse to alternative methods of dispute resolution, the search for the development of means of settling disputes in a more humanised way and a more collaborative form of justice, while France is in the process of acquiring a Mediation Council, the French section of the Association of Franco-British Lawyers offers you a seminar on the practice of mediation in civil and commercial matters.

Each speaker will present, in a practical way, their background and experience in mediation, how mediation fits into the legal systems of France and England/Wales.
