4-5’s shipping team members, Kish Sharma and Dr. Arun Kasi have participated as panelists in the Malaysian Bar Council’s webinar on  Cargo claims: Sea Carriers’ Obligations and Defences. Kish hosted and moderated the event, which focused on Article. III rules 1-2 and Artile IV rules 1-2 of the Hague / Hague-Visby Rules. Arun argued a hypothetical scenario from the carrier’s perspective whilst Graham Harris of Squire Patton Boggs took up the cudgels from the point of view of cargo interests. The event was well received with nearly 300 delegates enrolling.
