LLG Webinar - Public Procurement & Brexit - 4 March 2020

Rupert Beloff and Josh Hitchens will be speaking on 'Public Procurement & Brexit' in a LLG organised webinar on 4th March 2020 between 12:00 - 13:00.

Public procurement in the UK is currently regulated by EU rules aimed to ensure that there is a level-playing field across EU member states. Brexit will inevitably mean that those rules change. This webinar will look at the ways in which public procurement could change in a post-Brexit world and what that will mean for public sector organisations. Topics covered will include public procurement in the transition period; WTO Government Procurement Agreement; EEA-minus model for procurement; GPA-plus model for procurement; divergence between devolved procurement legislation in the UK.
