Damian Falkowski acts for sculptor who created the iconic Bull statue in Birmingham's Bull Ring

4-5 Gray's Inn Square's Damian Falkowski acted for Laurence Broderick, the renowned sculptor, in a £5 million court battle with his sons.

Laurence Broderick, one of Britain's top living artists, was sued by his sons after cutting them out of his will and leaving everything to the National Trust. The sons argued that they were owed a one-third share of Broderick's partnership assets, including his artworks, valuable copyrights and properties. 

The trial, set to last for four days, was settled after the end of a half day hearing after father and son agreed a settlement to bring the partnership clash to a halt.
