David Hoffman represents North End House in dispute over alleged noise nuisance involving two millionaire feuding neighbours

David acted for the landlord of North End House, a gated art deco block in West Kensington, in the trial of a claim by one flat-owner, Sergey Grazhdankin, against his upstairs neighbour, Mehdi Guissi, for noise nuisance. Mr Grazhdankin is complaining about the position following the upstairs family installing wooden floors, and has run up costs of more than £250,000 in lawyers' bills.  Mr Grazhdankin wants his neighbours to tear up their flooring and relay it correctly so an acoustic barrier limits the din.

However, the defendant and the landlord both deny liability, with David Hoffman suggesting that the complaints are about the 'difference between having a family upstairs and having a single person upstairs'.

David is instructed by Cassandra Zanelli from PM Legal Services
