Iulia Şaran appointed to the Attorney General’s London C Panel of Junior Counsel
We are delighted to announce that Iulia Şaran has been appointed to the Attorney General’s C Panel of Junior Counsel to the Crown.
Members of the Attorney General’s Panels are instructed to advise and represent His Majesty’s Government in all areas of legal work, including the most high-profile government litigation.
Iulia's practice encompasses all aspects of public and regulatory law. Iulia is often instructed in lengthy trials concerning medical profession regulation. She frequently presents cases as counsel for authorities such as the Nursing and Midwifery Council and the Health and Care Professions Council. Complementing that practice, Iulia also defends doctors before the Medical Practitioner’s Tribunal in cases involving misconduct including fraud, and issues of competence.
