Nikesh Pandit concludes complex dishonesty proceedings
Nikesh Pandit instructed by Laura Ryan of Kingsley Napley represented the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) in fitness to practice Tribunal proceedings involving complex allegations of dishonest commercial conduct. In this fully contested case, the Tribunal determined that key aspects of the relevant conduct in January 2019 were dishonest and that there remained a risk that the Registrant would again allow his personal interests to override his professional responsibilities in commercial matters. The Tribunal found the Registrant’s fitness to practise impaired by reason of misconduct and imposed a four year caution order to reflect the seriousness of this case.
