Law of Costs

4-5 Gray’s Inn Square commercial civil team, specialise in the Law of Costs, particularly Inter partes, wasted and non parte costs, and case management costs hearings. Our members are able to advise solicitors and clients on costs issues, appear in detailed costs assessments, and attend costs appeals before the SCCO and High Court. They are instructed to appear in High Court and County Court case management hearings on a regular basis.
