Page v The Financial Conduct Authority - Rowena Wisniewska

LexisNexis have published a case analysis on the case of Page v The Financial Conduct Authority. The judgment concerned the pension switching activities of IFAs who outsourced their pension advice process. This resulted in third party providers making unsuitable recommendations to retail customers to transfer their personal pensions into SIPPs investing in unregulated, high risk funds.
