The Health Protection (Coronavirus, Restrictions) (Self-isolation) (England) Regulations 2020

Alexandra Sidossis, Rosalee Dorfman Mohajer and Amrit Kaur Dhanoa consider the new regulations created on Sunday 27 September 2020 and which came into effect today, Monday 28 September 2020. The article summarises the new provisions which will be of particular assistance to individual workers or agency workers that may need to self-isolate and to their employers, agents or principals, and their respective representatives in understanding their obligations under these new regulations.
