Jacqueline has been involved in ground-breaking cases throughout her career and has the distinction of changing the law in more than one area of her practice. Jacqueline has had a career in the media alongside her practice. She is a qualified and practicing member of the Californian Bar and to this end has recently joined the litigation team of Weinberg & Gonser LLP of Westwood, Los Angeles.

Damian practises in general commercial, banking and property matters.
He has more than 25 years' experience as a barrister specialising in general commercial, banking and property matters, acting for corporations large and small, partnerships and private individuals.
His commercial practice includes joint ventures, charges and guarantees, consumer credit, secured and unsecured lending and share sale agreements. He is regularly instructed in cases involving disputes concerning financial trading platforms, financial regulation and blockchain.
Damian's first career was as a professional violinist, playing with orchestras including the Academy of St. Martin in the Fields and the London Symphony Orchestra, having studied and obtained his Masters in Music at the Juilliard School, New York.

Mark is a well-known and experienced Intellectual Property barrister who honed his skills working as in-house companies of the likes of Dunlop Slazenger, The Body Shop, before coming to the Bar. He continued as non-executive director of others of the likes of Alexander McQueen.
Holding a degree in Pharmacology, Mark has a unique advantage advising pharmaceutical and biotech companies.
He possesses a deep commercial understanding of running pharma companies along with his intrinsic technical knowledge and passion for the subject, provides his clients an unrivalled service across Intellectual Property.
