Biography
Stephen brings over four decades of senior clerking experience, having held key roles at several of London’s leading barristers’ chambers, including 2 Temple Gardens, 1 Paper Buildings (now part of Crown Office Chambers), and Outer Temple Chambers.
As Director of International Development, Stephen leads the strategic business development and marketing initiatives for 4–5, working closely with international clients, global law firms, and professional clients across multiple jurisdictions.
He is responsible for clerking 4–5’s panel of accredited Arbitrators, Adjudicators, and Mediators, advising on appointments and case management both in the UK and internationally.
Stephen is the principal contact for instructions involving cross-border English law matters worldwide, with extensive experience across litigation, arbitration, adjudication, and mediation.
Outside his professional commitments, Stephen is an enthusiastic squash player and a keen follower of international sport.
