Biography
Stephen has over 30 years' clerking experience working in several well-known barristers' Chambers, prior to joining 4-5 in October 2018. He has extensive knowledge of our members and our core areas of practice. Stephen can quickly assist clients with work allocation and fee negotiation including procurement.
He has particular experience in medical regulatory cases being brought against healthcare professionals being heard at the MPTS, GDC, NMC, HCPC, GPHC, internal disciplinary tribunals, First Tier Tribunal Administrative court, Court of Appeal, inquests, criminal courts, Magistrates and Crown court.
Stephen also has extensive experience in;
