Overview

We are one of the leading Chambers for homelessness law. Our barristers are some of the best at the Bar and have been involved in many of the leading cases. We act for both local authorities and homeless applicants on a private basis, on legal aid and sometimes under a CFA. We handle all aspects of homelessness appeals including onward appeals to the Court of Appeal and even to the Supreme Court, European Court of Human Rights and Court of Justice of the European Union. Our barristers have helped to shape the law in this area.

Our specialists accept all aspects of judicial review work including applications for urgent relief to the High Court. Our barristers write regularly on the subject, and have co-authored many of the most important legal publications. We also lecture, host conferences and give seminars on JR and homelessness law, and are happy to provide training either in-house or in Chambers. We are up to date with all the latest developments.
