Charles Foster defends surgeon in 12 day MPTS disciplinary case

Charles Foster, instructed by Gareth Gibson of Weightmans, represented Mr Camilo Valero, a Consultant Surgeon in Norwich, who damaged the common bile ducts of two patients while undertaking laparoscopic cholecystectomies. His fitness to practice was found not to be impaired, and the case was concluded with a warning, with no restrictions of any kind placed on Mr Valero’s practice.
