Ian Peacock puts on an 'impressive display' in the Administrative Court - [2023] EWHC 30 (Admin)

The court considered the extent to which applicants in the statutory reasonable preference classes can be excluded from an authority's housing register. 

Ian's argument is described as showing "an impressive display of advocacy skills".

Ian Peacock acted on behalf of Westminster City Council.
