Siân McGibbon examines the key measures which have been adopted thus far to prevent homelessness and protect the homeless during the crisis; considers the possible implications of the pandemic for the existing homelessness regime contained in Part VII of the Housing Act 1996; and explores the unresolved issues which will have to be addressed once the emergency period has ended.
