Practice Summary

Dominika commenced pupillage in October 2026. Before pupillage, Dominika spent several years at Opportunity Green, a leading climate change NGO. In her role as a legal officer, Dominika was responsible for developing legal strategies to facilitate the decarbonisation of key demand-side sectors, including shipping and buildings. As a result, she acquired expertise in strategic litigation, climate law and related practice areas, including environmental law, human rights, sustainable finance and public international law. Dominika’s work also involved advocacy before international human rights bodies.

Prior to Opportunity Green, Dominika worked as a public and regulatory law paralegal at a City law firm, gaining considerable experience in judicial review, planning law, highways and rights of way, local government law, inquests and inquiries, and professional discipline.

In other roles, Dominika undertook a traineeship at the European Court of Human Rights and held legal research, casework and advocacy positions at various human rights and social impact organisations.

Outside of Chambers, Dominika is a rapporteur for the Climate Litigation Database – the most comprehensive global resource on climate change lawsuits, administered by Columbia University’s Sabin Center for Climate Change Law. She also co-chairs Legal Voices for the Future – a collaborative learning forum whose objective is to give voice to a new generation of lawyers on issues relating to the climate and ecology.
