Lauren is a dual qualified barrister and solicitor with over 12 years’ experience in Property and Private Client work, both at the Bar of Northern Ireland and also in Private Practice. Lauren is a member of Gray’s Inn and is qualified to practise at the Bar of England & Wales and also at the Bar of Ireland. She is an accredited mediator and member of the worldwide organisation STEP. Lauren is a member of Queens’ College Cambridge and a Senior Teaching Associate & Lecturer within the Department of Land Economy at the University of Cambridge where she teaches on the Landlord and Tenant Law, Law of Real Property and Private Law Undergraduate modules along with supervising on the Legal issues in Land use and finance MPhil module. She has also taught at the University of Essex, University College Dublin, the University of Ulster, the Queen’s University of Belfast, both at the School of Law and also at the Institute of Professional Legal Studies. Lauren has held Undergraduate Programme Director and Senior Lecturer roles at Griffith College Dublin and has co-authored “The Law of Property in Northern Ireland” (ColourPoint, 2013).
Lauren also currently leads the Bar Transfer Test Programme at BPP.
