Scotland Branch Trees & the Law - 6 June 2023

The Scottish Branch is hosting a seminar centered around Trees and the Law in Scotland. Featuring Dr Charles Mynors and Elizabeth Nicholls.

The event will be held in the City Chambers in Edinburgh. In the morning they will deal with trees and the common law from negligence to boundaries, then more specifics around street trees, TPOs and unauthorised works.

In the afternoon Charles or Elizabeth will tailor their talk to deal with requested information from delegates over the course of the seminar.
