4-5 Gray’s Inn Square is pleased to be hosting the upcoming 2026 LIDW Members’ Event, organised in collaboration with Barnes Law Associates: “Extending Clauses, Excusing Performance.”

The session will examine recent developments in English case law, with particular focus on the application of arbitration and governing law clauses to ancillary agreements, and the role of sanctions as a defence to payment obligations and alleged contractual breach.
