Karishma Vora addressed the FICCI - ICA 2020 conference 'Arbitration in the Era of Globalization' - The Third Edition - 8th February 2020

Karishma Vora addressed the FICCI - ICA 2020 conference by speaking on enforcement of arbitration awards. The conference was opened by the Chief Justice of India, Arvind Bobde and her session was chaired by the Supreme Court judge, Mr Shah. A link to her lecture can be found here.

The Conference highlighted the increasing relevance and impact of arbitration, particularly with regard to international commercial arbitration and India’s stake in global landscape of dispute resolution.
