This webinar is organised by 4-5 Gray's Inn Square in association with the Asia-Pacific Forum for International Arbitration (AFIA).
The panel looks at latest trends and current practical issues arising from maritime arbitrations with each also giving a view of LMAA arbitrations from their respective city.
Ben Giaretta is a solicitor/ Chartered Arbitrator who heads Fox Williams dispute resolution department. Ben was based in Singapore for several years and has wide experience in the Asia-Pacific region.
Chris Howse is a partner with Howse Williams in Hong Kong. Chris has significant experience in international trade disputes and advises ship-owners, charterers and various property and liability insurers.
Dr Arun Kasi practices in Malaysia and as a tenant at 4-5 Gray's Inn Square. He is ranked by Chambers Asia Pacific and Legal 500 Asia Pacific for shipping.
Amrit Kaur Dhanoa, is chairwoman of the Young Barristers' Committee her practice includes commercial litigation, construction, public and regulatory law.
