Stephanie Smith to speak at Housing Law Conference

4–5 Gray’s Inn Square is pleased to announce that Stephanie Smith will be speaking at the Housing Law Conference taking place tomorrow.

Stephanie will present a session on “Homelessness Case Law Update” (13:00 – 13:45), covering the latest judgments shaping homelessness practice. Her talk will address key issues including priority need, suitability, assessments, and the implications for local authority decision-making.

The conference brings together leading experts to consider significant developments in housing law, including the Renters’ Rights Bill, enforcement powers, the ongoing pressures on temporary accommodation, and Awaab’s Law.
