Webinar Announcement: Breach of Fiduciary Duty

Join Alexander Bunzl, Barrister at 4–5 Gray’s Inn Square, in this webinar. the first in a series on chancery litigation, Alexander examines when fiduciary relationships exist, the duties owed by fiduciaries, the circumstances in which those duties may be breached, and the defences and remedies available.
