Young MCIA - Role of National Courts in Collecting Evidence in Support of Arbitration

Karishma Vora and other experienced practitioners will discuss how national courts in different juristictions (India, UK and USA) support taking and preservation of evidence in arbitrations. Topics for discussion include interim measures relating to the attendance of witnesses, preservation of evidence and document disclosure.

Karishma will share her expert knowledge & experience of how Letters of Requests are treated by the English courts (both when an application is made to issue an LoR or when one is received by the English court).
