Raoul Colvile, Nikesh Pandit and Max Shepherd act for the Isle of Man Financial Services Authority in obtaining a full prohibition against a former senior executive of a regulated entity. The Authority had cause to assess the fitness and propriety of the individual as a result of wider failings identified within the regulated entity at which the individual performed their role. Raoul, Nikesh and Max were instructed by the Authority to assist in the investigation and early settlement of this matter.
