Charlotte Crocombe obtains Injunction Against Persons Unknown

On 2 August 2024, Charlotte successfully represented Leicester City Council in obtaining an urgent injunction against persons unknown to prevent an unlawful, unlicensed street party which posed a serious threat to public safety taking place the next day. Charlotte assisted with the application at every stage, including drafting the pleadings, advising on the evidence and representing the Council in the High Court.
