Dr Arun Kasi Achieves DIFC Part II Registration
4-5 Gray’s Inn Square is pleased to announce that Dr. Arun Kasi has achieved DIFC Part II registration and now has rights of audience before the DIFC Courts in Dubai.
Dr Kasi specialises in international shipping and maritime law, as well as complex cross-border commercial disputes. He acts as counsel in both litigation and arbitration proceedings and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb), accepting appointments as arbitrator in international arbitrations.
This latest achievement further enhances chambers' capabilities in the Middle East and strengthens our ability to support clients across the UAE and wider Gulf region.
