Fabjola Aruci Delivers Key Closure Orders for Southwark Residents

Fabjola Aruci, instructed by the London Borough of Southwark (via solicitor Andrew Wilson), successfully assisted in securing a Closure Order in respect of the St. Saviours Estate, comprising 18 blocks of flats.

This outcome delivers meaningful relief to over 500 residents, addressing serious criminality and persistent anti-social behaviour, and helping to restore safety and stability within the estate. A strong result for the community and a testament to effective collaboration.

Fabjola has also assisted the London Borough of Southwark in obtaining a Closure Order relating to commercial premises, further demonstrating her experience across a range of complex closure matters.

Fabjola and the wider team at 4-5 welcome further instructions in complex cases, including Closure Orders and related proceedings.
