Ian Peacock Successful in the Administrative Court - [2022] EWHC 3185 (Admin)

The claimant had been evacuated as a result of the Grenfell Tower fire and rehoused. He wished to move from his new accommodation. The court rejected arguments that the Council was obliged to rehouse him or that the claimant had a legitimate expectation in relation to his rehousing.

Ian Peacock was acting on behalf of Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea.
