Josep is a barrister at 4-5 Gray’s Inn Square with a distinguished international practice in arbitration and cross-border commercial disputes.
His admission to the UAE Mediation Hub further strengthens our chambers’ commitment to offering world-class dispute resolution services across jurisdictions and legal traditions.
A former judge, dual-qualified in civil and common law, and fluent in four languages, Josep brings over two decades of experience to his work across Europe, Latin America, Asia and MENA.
He regularly acts for states, corporates, and financial institutions in complex disputes involving sovereign immunity, enforcement, and jurisdictional challenges.
In joining the UAE Mediation Hub, Josep expands his practice to serve as a neutral in high-value commercial mediations, particularly where cultural fluency, bilingual advocacy, and legal systems navigation are essential.
