Prof Cam Wareham appointed to the Professional Conduct Committee (International Panel) of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators
4-5 Gray's Inn Square is delighted to announce Prof Cam Wareham's appointment to the Professional Conduct Committee (International Panel) of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
Professor Wareham joins a distinguished panel tasked with regulating arbitrators and mediators globally. He brings extensive experience in both supporting registrants coming before Tribunals and sitting as a Tribunal member in Misconduct and Fitness to Practice proceedings. His comprehensive background spans misconduct practice determinations, assessment of standards of practice, and the application of regulatory processes across multiple jurisdictions.
His appointment builds upon significant experience chairing Internal proceeding panels and determination of findings in Professional Conduct Panels of surgical practice, in addition to serving on Tribunals outside of employment and regulatory practice, including those connected with the constituent bodies of the RFU. Professor Wareham combines his experience in the regulatory health and life sciences sector, with the expertise in determination of fact gained while sitting as an Arbitrator.
