Property service charge webinar December 2022 - presentation materials

Stephanie Lovegrove and Annette Cafferkey delivered an update via webinar to attendees on the 14th December on Statutory Preconditions to Recovery and the Structure of a lease and service charge machinery. The presentation materials from the webinar can be accessed below.

A further will be held on the 17th January covering:

  • The typical costs items that may arise under a lease and common legal issues in relation to them
  • Whether a service charge is payable for the purposes of s.27a, Landlord and Tenant Act 1985 with a focus on reasonableness under s.19 and recent case law.
