The Secretary of State has dismissed an appeal against the refusal of planning permission for a large solar farm in the London Metropolitan Green Belt (https://www.hertsmere.gov.uk/Documents/09-Planning--Building-Control/Planning/Planning-Enforcement/Solar-Farm-Appeal-Documents/Appeal-Decision-1.7mb-PDF.pdf). The decision follows a 3-week inquiry where Vivienne Sedgley acted for the Parish Council opposing planning permission.
