Thomas Dillon Appointed to the PMAC List of Neutrals

4–5 Gray’s Inn Square is pleased to announce that Thomas Dillon, a member of our Arbitration and Mediation Groups, has been admitted to the list of neutrals of the Patent Mediation and Arbitration Centre (PMAC) of the Unified Patent Court (UPC).

Thomas has been appointed for a term of five years commencing on 1 January 2026. During this period, he will be eligible for appointment as an arbitrator, emergency arbitrator, and mediator in patent disputes falling within the jurisdiction of the UPC.

Thomas will attend the formal inauguration of the PMAC on 2 June 2026 in Ljubljana, Slovenia.
