Thomas Keane Joins Chambers

Thomas joins us as a commercial chancery barrister, practising across commercial litigation, company, insolvency, property, trusts and charities.
Known for his clear, straightforward advocacy and meticulous preparation, Thomas is regularly instructed on urgent applications, procedural hearings and trials across all tracks. He acts for a wide range of clients - from companies and financial institutions to local authorities, charities and individuals - and appears in both the County Court and the High Court, including in the Companies Court, the Insolvency and Companies List, the Chancery Division and the Commercial Court, in London and on circuit.
Thomas is called to the Bar of the British Virgin Islands and practised in the BVI from 2024 to 2025 at Maples and Mourant, representing clients in the BVI Commercial Court on a range of cross-border company, insolvency, and trusts matters.
Prior to the Bar, Thomas gained in-house experience with leading organisations - Warner Bros. Entertainment UK, Formula 1, Time Inc. UK and Convex Insurance - and worked as a research assistant at the Bingham Centre for the Rule of Law. This diverse background underpins his client-focused, commercial approach to his practice.
