Timothy Straker QC secures victory in case against the Electoral Commission

DARREN GRIMES -v- ELECTORAL COMMISSION 

Mr Grimes has been completely exonerated and The Electoral Commissions notice fining him has been withdrawn by Order of the Court.

The Court said Mr Straker QC asked where this went wrong and gave the answer when the Commission failed to notice what Mr Grimes had said. The Court said it agreed with Mr Straker QC.
