Vivienne Sedgley and Charlotte Crocombe nominated for Bar Pro Bono Awards 2024
The Bar Pro Bono Awards with Advocate will be back on Wednesday 8th May 2024.
Vivienne has been nominated for 'Junior Pro Bono Barrister of the Year' and Charlotte has been nominated for 'Young Pro Bono Barrister of the Year'.
Vivienne works with public bodies and individuals. She has extensive knowledge of administrative and public law and specialises in Freedom of Information, Data Protection, Elections, Planning and all Local Government work. She is ranked both in Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners as a leading junior in all of these areas and is described as ‘a remarkable junior whose star is in the ascendant’.
Charlotte primarily acts in cases involving mistreatment and anti-social behaviour, whether that be to prevent that behaviour from occurring, or holding individuals and/or state bodies accountable when it occurs. Charlotte specialises in public law, inquiries and inquests and Local Government law. She has a diverse caseload which includes representing local authorities, individuals and bereaved families of women who have taken their lives following domestic abuse in inquests and actions against the police.
