First Edition of the DIFC Courts Digest Published
We are pleased to announce the publication of the inaugural edition of the DIFC Courts Digest, authored by Josep Gálvez and Arran Dowling-Hussey.
This first edition examines a number of significant decisions of the DIFC Courts concerning worldwide freezing orders and interim relief, including Orabelle, Trafigura, Ovya and VTB Bank. Collectively, these cases explore important issues relating to:
The jurisdictional foundations for granting interim relief;
