Furthermore, the Madrid High Court raises fundamental questions about the balance between arbitral finality and the primacy of EU law. What is at stake is nothing less than the coherence of the Union’s legal order and the effectiveness of its competition rules. The outcome of this case could possibly reshape the role of judicial review in arbitral proceedings across all Member States."
