The ICC’s revised Arbitration Rules will come into force on 1 June 2026

In the Arbitration Group latest article written by Dr Caroline Kenny KC and Prof Arran Dowling-Hussey examine the changes to the ICC’s expedited arbitration procedure and consider whether the new rules will make the process even faster and more effective for users.

The article also compares the ICC reforms with the streamlined provisions recently introduced by SIAC.
