A former chancery and commercial barrister, Caroline has advised on a wide range of commercial, property, governance and insolvency matters, while maintaining a strong commitment to pro bono work and public service.
Emily Martin (Senior Clerk) commented:
“I am absolutely delighted to welcome Caroline to Chambers. It is particularly special for us that, after a decade away from the independent Bar, Caroline chose our Chambers as the place to return to practice. We are genuinely honoured by that decision and excited about the contribution she will make.
I have been struck not only by her impressive depth of knowledge across local government, commercial and chancery law, but also by how approachable and down-to-earth she is. Caroline has a collaborative approach, and a wealth of experience that will be of enormous benefit to both clients and colleagues alike. I have no doubt whatsoever that Caroline will be a huge hit with clients, and I very much look forward to seeing her practice flourish here at Chambers.”
