Chambers Members Contribute to PEBA Response on NPPF Consultation
Members of chambers have contributed to the Planning and Environment Bar Association’s (PEBA) working group responding to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government’s latest consultation on the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF).
We are pleased that Vivienne Sedgley, Ayesha Omar, Benedict Scantlebury and Isabella Taylor were part of the PEBA working group that prepared the response. Their involvement highlights the strength and depth of expertise within chambers’ planning team and its continued engagement with the development of national planning policy.
Consultations such as this play an important role in shaping the future direction of the planning system and ensuring that the practical experience of the planning bar informs the evolution of the framework.
