We are delighted to announce that Tessa-Jade Heise has joined 4-5 Gray's Inn Square as an international tenant.
Tessa-Jade has experience in both contentious and non-contentious matters, acting for Claimants and Defendants in high-value and complex disputes. She is regularly instructed by large corporations and global brands, providing strategic legal advice and representation at all stages of litigation.
She has a strong advisory and drafting practice, offering pragmatic and commercially focused guidance on complex legal issues. She is particularly skilled in assessing litigation prospects and advising clients through all stages of the litigation.
Tessa-Jade is frequently instructed on:
- Cross-border disputes and jurisdictional challenges
- English law governed agreements
- Drafting and redrafting (international) commercial contracts
- Litigation risk assessment and strategy
Tessa-Jade accepts instructions as counsel in both domestic and international arbitration. Her practice is underpinned by extensive experience in commercial disputes in England and Wales, complemented by her international practice whilst working for a Dutch law firm in Amsterdam. Tessa-Jade practices from her home in Amsterdam and is also able to accept instructions on a direct access basis.
