Local Authority Cases Summary: Three Recent High Court Decisions

Keeping up with developments in local authority law can be challenging, so Caroline has put three recent High Court decisions under the spotlight.

The cases cover judicial review in relation to Interim Care decisions, the impact of the Procurement Act 2023 when a standstill notice is served, and an injunction for anti-social behaviour and retrospective enforcement through the use of evidence from CCTV and social media.
