4-5 Gray’s Inn Square Chambers has a group of members who specialise in intellectual property law which currently comprises of four members.

The core of the work undertaken by these members includes patents, registered trade marks, passing off, copyright, registered designs and design rights, confidential information and, database rights.

Much of this work involves information technology, computer contracts, media and entertainment law, arbitration, franchising and, performing rights. This group is supported by our wider commercial law team. We act for instructing solicitors with medium and small-scale disputes from their SME clients and entrepreneurial businesses of all sizes.
